Frank Reed. - Executive Director/CEO:

 Frank is a Vietnam Veteran  serving with 3rd Battalion  First Marine Division Kilo Company in 1967 . He is an entrepreneur and has successfully started five businesses.  He is retired and has 23 years of sobriety in the field of alcoholism.  He donates his time and energy in  building Touchstone Ranch Recovery Center, which has been a dream of his for the 23 years that he has been in recovery. His dream is to help other alcoholics and addicts to build an unshakeable foundation for life and help them to become a productive member of society once again because we become thieves of the worst kind, we steal from those who are near and dear to us, the right to love and happiness.

 

Nonie Casselman-Reed- M. Ed., LCDC - Assistant Executive Director:

Nonie Graduated from New Mexico State University with her Bachelor of Agriculture Economics and went on to obtain her Masters of Education from Tarleton State University.  She has 24 years of sobriety through working the 12 step program.  Nonie has been a LCDC since 1991.  She has participated in several Virgina Satir training seminars using experiential learning in the family system.  Nonie wants to show alcoholic/addicts what she has been shown through the 12 step program to be happy, joyous and free

 Shane Gilliam M.D. - Medical Director

Dr. Gilliam, a family physician, received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, Texas. He completed his residency at McLennan County Medical Education and Research Foundation as chief resident in Waco, Texas. He is on the medical staff at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Stephenville and is Medical Director at Touchstone Ranch Recovery Center, a local Chemical Dependency Treatment Facility.  He was named the 2009 Physician Mosaic Pin Award winner.

Dr. Gilliam has a full time practice. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is currently a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association and the Texas Association of Family Practice.

Dr. Gilliam enjoys spending time with his wife and their two sons. His hobbies include reading, golfing and woodworking.


Maryrita K. Mallet, M.D., P.A.

        American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology; received her Doctor of Medicine from Texas A&M University College of Medicine.  She completed her Psychiatry Residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center. 

        She is a member of the Texas Medical Association and serves on several committees.  She is also a member of Texas Society of Psychiatric Physicians. 

        Dr. Mallet has written several manuscripts, book chapters & papers for publications, as well as presenter at educational, scientific meetings and student presentations. 

Dr. Mallet is married and enjoys spending time with her family.  Her hobbies include hiking, camping, photography, and gardening. 


Rhonda "Sparky" Evans, LMSW LCDC ADC - Administrator: 


Rhonda Graduated with her Bachelor of Social Work From Tarleton State University, obtained her MSSW Masters of Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2000.  Rhonda currently is an adjunct professor and has been  teaching the past 4 years at Tarleton State University in the Social Work Department teaching an Alcohol/Drug seminar.  She also obtained her LCDC and has worked in the field of Chemical Dependency over 9 years as an Adolescent Unit Supervisor, Clinical Director and Administrator.  She is dedicated to educating and helping the alcoholic/addict and their families who are affected by the disease of chemical dependency.
Professional memberships include National Association of Social Workers, National Association of Professional Women.

 

Mike Garrett, LCDC- Program Director:

 Mike has worked in the field of chemical dependency as a counselor since 1988.  He has been a Program Director, Administrator and been in marketing  in various treatment facilities.  He has a deep commitment to the alcoholic and addict in order to assist them in finding their own recovery.  He has over 24 years of sobriety through working the 12 step program of Recovery.

 

Misty Gifford, Office Manager:

Misty  has been working in the chemical dependency field for the past three years. She started out as a resident care technician and worked her way up to Administrative Assistant, Corporate Clerk, Human Resources and Medical Transcription. Misty is near completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree and wishes to continue her education to become an LCDC with an emphasis in Art Therapy, In hopes that someday soon she too can have the opportunity to help those suffering from alcohol and addiction.
