For the
last 20 years. Touchstone Ranch has helped many people in their road to
recovery. Also it continues to be a working ranch involved in raising
performance/cutting horses and the training and showing of these horses.
Frank and Nonie Reed have been married for 18 years.
They have lived on the ranch raising their two daughters, working the
ranch and working in the field of alcohol and drug addiction. They have
always wanted to help others with alcoholism and drug addiction. So with
this their dream has come true with their opening in August 2009 of the
Touchstone Ranch Recovery Center.
The recovery center
will utilize miniature donkeys, horses,
buffalo, goats and other animals in the recovery process.
Working with animals has always helped Nonie
get closer to her creator and herself.
The Ranch atmosphere helps people experience
all aspects of recovery which include mental, physical, spiritual and
emotional.
